Hi, I’m terra.

I am a licensed independent therapist and life coach. I believe that one of the bravest acts is understanding and accepting your life story. Sometimes, we need a little help in balancing all of our life’s demands and are hit with a series of unfortunate events. My goal is to provide guidance towards your healing, maximizing your strengths and walking in your truth.

My ideal client is someone who focuses on personal growth and healing. My primary goal for clients is to make the healing process comfortable and rewarding while allowing them to feel validated and thrive towards their goals.

You will find that I am kind, empathetic, down to earth, and very relatable. We will create the foundation for the work we will do together. When you are courageously sitting in your darkness, my hope is that you will allow me to sit there with you.
