Do you accept insuraNce?

I no longer accept insurance, unfortunately. All services must be paid for out of pocket.

i missed my appointment. can i reschedule?

You are able to reschedule/cancel up to 12 hours before your appointment. However, if you completely miss your appointment, you’ll need to rebook and pay the fee again.

do we have to meet consistently?

I would love to meet on a consistent basis. However, I understand that life can get in the way at times. This is why you are able to set up appointments that meet your needs as little or as often as you’d like!

why should i choose you?

I am a firm believer that we need to cater to the needs of our clients. By creating this non-traditional service readily available to you, I am making sure that I put you first in your time of need.

Do you offer in person meetings?

At this time, my services are only offered online.

For Counseling, what do you specialize in?

I currently work with adults only who experience anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, breakups, stress, and more!

who is your ideal client?

I welcome anyone who has a desire to help themselves. I do not discriminate against religion, beliefs, gender, sexuality, appearance, tattoos, etc. I cater to everyone! Welcome in :)
